Data Processing Management - IMIS Higher Diploma |

 This course is designed to give
students a comprehensive knowledge of the entire field of operating, programming
and systems analysis and design and computer management. On successful
completion of this course students will be able to apply their skills as a
systems analyst/designer to contribute to the successful implementation of a
computer system, its subsequent maintenance, enhancement and demonstrate
acceptable written communication ability. Entry Qualifications Students must
have passed the City & Guilds Diploma in Data Processing and Information
Systems, or the BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies. Alternatively
students must have passed the Diploma of the Institute for the Management of
Information Systems. Students over 25 years of age must have had at least one
year's commercial experience and/or adequate knowledge of computer programming.
