			<description><![CDATA[ <p><p align="justify">Students can start any Monday of the week. You will be given a short placement test to assess your level before being place in class. </p><p align="justify">IELTS courses available. Apply now <a href="/onlineapplication.php">http://www.central-college.com/onlineapplication.php</a><a href="/onlineApplication.php"></a></p><p align="justify">More info...</p><p align="justify">Courses are run throughout the year at all levels, from&nbsp;Pre-intermediate to Advanced, and applicants may start on any Monday. Students are tested on arrival and placed in a class at their correct level. The maximum class size is 15 students.&nbsp; </p><p align="justify">Homework is set regularly and students are encouraged to complete it. All lessons contain a good balance between the four language areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing. Students follow a main course book, supplemented with extra materials to give further practice in, for example, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, etc. Progress tests are held regularly to monitor progress and students are encouraged to enter for one or more of the public examinations. </p><p align="justify">International students have to show formal assessment of English language level when applying to extending their stay as a student in UK. IELTS and Pearsons London Test of English are avialable at this college to meet this new stricter policy introduced by <a href="http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/studyingintheuk/quickguideforstudent/adultstudents/extendingadultstudentvisa/">UKBA.</a>&nbsp;</p> </p>]]></description>
