The NHF is supporting the establishment of a course for Housing Associations Development Staff in housing associations, starting this autumn. Successful completion of this course will significantly benefit individuals as well as their employers.

The course is aimed at staff with one - two years of experience, and will provide:

• Professional qualification from the Association for Project Management, the main professional body for project management in the UK;
• Training in sector-specific topics to a competency level needed for Development / Reinvestment Manager grade.

The course is being delivered by the College of Central London (CCL), located near Old Street, London, with support from Andrew Drury of HATC Ltd and other housing associations practitioners.

Students will attend 4 one-week blocks at the CCL. Assessment will take place after Week 2 and Week 4 and will last 2 days each.

The course will cost £2200 plus VAT (£2585).
